The seminar is an attempt to understand the human psyche so as to have a better control of one’s self and also to scientifically understand people’s actions and reactions in different circumstances. This will be done by explaining the concept of psyche to Plato, Freud and the Holy Qur’an. The seminar will also cover the concept of anxiety and the Ego’s Defense Mechanisms.
