KUST and Hiwa Hospital sign memorandum of understanding

September 29 th , 2022 a delegation from Hiwa Hospital visited Komar University of Science and Technology (KUST). The delegation was headed by Dr. Yad Naqshbandi, the manager of Hiwa Hospital, accompanied by Dr. Mohammad Abdulwahab. The delegation was received by Professor Dr. Kawis Aziz Faraj, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. During the meeting both sides emphasized on establishing further collaborations and fostering new avenues for research collaboration and effective means of improving the quality of medical services in general.

A Memorandum of understanding was signed between the two parties in the fields of exchanging experiences, and carrying out joint research in addition to providing an opportunity for KUST Medical students regarding visiting and training in Hiwa Hospital.
