CIEP ESL Instructor highlights the effects of Infodemic

Miss Tablo Omer Qadir, a CIEP ESL Instructor wrote an article in Kurdish about the effects of Infodemic. It discusses how readers and the media in general suffer from “misinformation and misleading content.” The detrimental effects of being misinformed is highlighted. The effects are the build up of fake hope or a cause of a temporary mental breakdown. Miss Tablo recommends readers to view different trusted sources. Generating awareness of such an issue is important. The article is also expected to be translated to English soon.
