A Memorandum of understanding was signed between KUST and Tehran University for Medical Sciences
On August 26th ,2021 a delegation from Tehran University for Medical Sciences Visited Komar University of Science and Technology (KUST).
At the beginning of the meeting Prof. Dr. Salahddin highlighted the history and foundation of the Komar university, the stages of its development, the administrative structure, the mission and the vision of the university, the system and the teaching style program in Komar university. During the meeting both sides emphasized on establishing further collaborations and fostering new avenues for research collaboration , trainings ,workshops , conferences and exchanging faculty members so as to improve the quality of Medical service in general.
A Memorandum of understanding was signed between the two parties in the fields of exchanging experiences, and carrying out joint programs in addition to providing an opportunity for KUST Medical department (Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing and Medical Laboratory science).
A tour was organized for Tehran University for Medical Sciences delegation around the KUST campus to visit the major units, different departments, facilities, Pharmacy, Dentistry and Komar clinics buildings, especially the lab buildings.
