SPE KUST Student Chapter participation on ADIPEC 2019
Department of petroleum engineering with the collaboration of SPE KUST student chapter sent three students for the ADIPEC 2019 conference which was held in Abu-Dhabi, UAE during 10-12th November 2019.
Ardin Barzan, Ari Bahadin and Darya Taimoor, participated in the SPE ADIPEC 2019 university program. A total of 19 teams participated in this competition among the top universities from the Middle East and North Africa. KUST’s students presented their work entitled “Integrating renewable energy into oil & gas industries”. Briefly explained, the benefits and role of renewable energy was discussed in the oil industry in their activities.
