Komar University of Science and Technology proudly honors Kurdistan’s Flag Day. On this glorious occasion, we congratulate the Kurdish nation all around the world. It is a fact universally acknowledged that a flag is not just a piece of cloth; it is rather the symbol of a nation’s history, language, literature, art, science and its sacrifice to be free, independent and live a peaceful and dignified life. It is worth mentioning that History witnesses that science and knowledge thrive only in a free, independent, peaceful and dignified life. The Kurdish nation has been striving and sacrificing for such a life and wishes all the nations all over the globe have the same life. It is the peace we sing of, and it is a war we despise.
