KUST participates in the 2nd oil and gas conference in Soran
On May 2nd, 2018, Komar University of Science and Technology partcipated in the 2nd Oil and Gas Conference held at Soran University. In this conference two presentations were made by our students ” Ms Soma Zyad and Mr Zanyar Nabz”. Ms Soma research work was on gas flaring issue in Kurdistan Region while Mr Nabz work focused on enhanced oil recovery by sequential polymer injections. Their research findings were interested by conference audience.
Noted to be menssioned, Dr Hiwa Sideeq, Chairman of Petroleum Engineering Department was the organsing committee and chaired the upstream session.
