KUST Awarded CSC Members
KUST awarded six members of Community Service Council who served for two years voluntarily with a presence of a large crowed. Dr. Salah Aziz thanked the members for their services and awarded them with the Appreciation Certificates.
Community Service Council for 2012-14 were:
• Mr. Fatah Zaxoyi (Former Minister of Culture, head of the Council)
• Dr. Zana Rauf, (Former Member of Kurdistan Parliament)
• Mr. Abubaker Ali (Former Minister of Region)
• Mr. Asos Hardy (Chief Editor of Awena Newspaper)
• Mr. Saman Siwaily (Psychologist)
• Ms. Gaziza Omar (Expert in Department of Culture and Youth) and
• Ms. Kiner Abdullah (Director of Public Affairs-KUST)
Mr. Fatah thanked KUST for introducing a new cultural concept of a close cooperation between university and the community and for the unlimited support to CSC during its work. Other members of CSC emphasized the role of students and their contributions Sulaymani in different ways and to the society during the crises.
