Oxford Online Placement Test in Komar Institute
On Saturday, November 8, a total number of 56 participants had participated in Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT) that took place in Komar Institute For Learning Languages, Computer and Professional Development.
The OOPT measures a test taker’s ability in English. We use it to place students in the right class/level and also as a pre-entry requirement for Academic Courses that are offered by Komar University for Science and Technology.
The OOPT has two sections, Listening and Use of English (Reading, Grammar and Vocabulary in context). It is different from most other placement tests. Not only does it test grammar and vocabulary, it also tests how learners use that knowledge in order to understand the meaning in communication.
