New BOT Members
In accordance with the new law which regulates the work of private universities in Kurdistan (No. 2 of 2013) the owners of KUST selected a new Board of Trustees. The Board consists of 9 members: 3 of them are representing the owners, 5 academics and the President. The Board of Trustees adopted the new bylaws which include the new law, and created two committees: Academic Committee and Business Committee. Professor Kamal Tawfiq and Mr. Aso Mohammed Ali are elected for the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively.
