Fryad M. Rashid received PhD in Computer Science at Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. He is a member in the Strategic Software Engineering Research Group (SSERG) in Clemson University. Also, he is an official member in the system safety society in the United States. He published some papers in that society. One of his technical paper ranked as a first paper in the 36th International System Safety Conference, Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Then, it is published lately in the journal of system safety society after the conference. He is interesting in developing safety analysis methods for safety-critical systems, cyber-physical systems and real-time embedded systems. He has used AADL/OSATE for system development in software/system architecture, and software verification and validation.
