Mr. Twana A. Tahir, a lecturer in Environmental engineering department, College of Engineering published a paper on 17 September, 2012 in the International Journal Of Recycling of Organic Waste in Agriculture. This study has endeavored to assess the possibility of vermicomposting different types of coconut wastes and, in doing so, evaluated the potential of using the African nightcrawler (Eudrilus eugeniae) to decompose coconut wastes.
