MLS and Nursing Departments hold poster presentation event

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, Medical Laboratory Science and Nursing students in the Human Physiology & Lab course prepared a number of posters about Female Reproductive Endocrinology & Pathophysiology. The aim of the event was to have students follow the student-centered approach implemented by Komar University of Science and Technology. Further, it was a good opportunity to promote awareness among KUST faculty, students, and staff by focusing on the causes of the general malfunctions that females may be exposed to throughout their life and some strategies for preventing these possible pathological conditions. The topics of the posters ranged from biological processes, hormone secretions, pathological diseases, and cancers related to the female reproductive system. Instructors from the medical and biomedical department at Komar University of Science and Technology attended the event and evaluated them for content.
