KUST signs MoU with Smart Health Tower

A delegation from Komar University of Science and Technology (KUST) visited Smart Health Tower, on February 24th, 2021. The delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Salahalddin Saeed Ali, the president of KUST, accompanied by Prof.Dr. Kawis Aziz Faraj, Vice President for Academic Affairs. The delegation was warmly received by Smart Health Tower team.
At the beginning of the meeting, the respected president of the Komar university gave a speech, in his speech highlighted the history and foundation of the Komar university, the stages of its development, the administrative structure, the mission and the vision of the university, the system and the teaching style program in Komar university. During the meeting both sides emphasized on establishing further collaborations and fostering new avenues for research collaboration and effective means of improving the quality of Medical service in general.
A Memorandum of understanding was signed between the two parties in the fields of exchanging experiences, and carrying out joint research in addition to providing an opportunity for KUST Medical students regarding visiting and training in Smart Health Tower. The President of the University stressed the need to develop the relationship between the two parties and expressed his happiness for signing this agreement and wished that this MOU would be translated into the reality of real work
A tour was organized for KUST delegation around the Smart Health Tower to visit the major units, different departments, facilities, Pharmacy and buildings, especially the lab buildings.

From their side, Smart Hospital team expressed their happiness and admiration for what have been achieved in Komar university as a high-quality university in the region, and expressed their appreciation for the developments and thanked the Komar university delegation and they wished the university greater advancement and more progress in near future.
