Dr. Heshu Sulaiman a Part-Time Faculty member of Komar Univeristy newly has an article published under the title“ Green Synthesis, Characterization, and anticancer activity of Hayaluronan/zinc oxide nanocomposites”. Her article was published in Onco Targets and Therapy Journal on June 14th, 2016.
Her published article describes an in situ green biosynthesis of zinc oxide nanocomposite using the seaweed Sargassum muticum water extract and hyaluronan biopolymer. The morphology and optical properties of the hyaluronan/zinc oxide (HA/ZnO) nanocomposites were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and ultraviolet–vis analysis. Dr. Heshu is a Part-Time Faculty member in Komar University, Department of Medical Laboratory. She has PhD in Hematology and Cinical Pathology. As she mentioned to KUST Website, this published article is her fifth ones with Komar University Affiliation. |
