Komar University Welcomes Delegation Led by Dr. Adnan Alsaraj, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Iraq for Education Affairs

On Monday, 23rd September 2024, Komar University of Science and Technology had the honor of hosting a distinguished delegation led by Dr. Adnan Alsaraj, Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq for Education Affairs. The visit aimed to strengthen cultural and academic relations between the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and universities in the Kurdistan region, particularly in Sulaymaniyah.

Professor Salahalddin Saeed, President of Komar University, warmly welcomed the delegation. The visit included a comprehensive tour of the university’s academic facilities, highlighting the state-of-the-art Dentistry Department, along with its advanced laboratories and clinics.

Following the tour, the delegation attended a presentation that provided a detailed overview of Komar University’s unique educational system and its remarkable achievements in recent years. The delegation praised the university’s commitment to providing world-class higher education and expressed their intent to address challenges related to collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Higher Education in Baghdad.
