Dentistry Triumphs in KUST Football Championship Final

Komar University of Science and Technology (KUST) recently hosted a football championship, organized under the supervision of the university’s Sports Unit. Twenty-two teams from fourteen departments participated in the highly competitive tournament, showcasing outstanding sportsmanship and competitive spirit.

The finals saw a thrilling face-off between the Dentistry and Civil Engineering departments. In an intense match, the Dentistry team secured their victory with a two-goal difference, emerging as the champions of this year’s tournament.

At the end of the match, both Dentistry and Civil Engineering students had a touching moment of solidarity with their fellow student, Zhir Taha, recently diagnosed with cancer. They hathered to offer their support and encouragement to him.
