Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani Congratulates Class of 2023 Graduates
On the occasion of the 7th round of graduation at Komar University of Science and Technology, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, sends a message of congratulations to Professor Dr. Salahalddin Saeed Ali, the President of Komar University of Science and Technology. In His message, Mr. Talabani congratulates the class of 2023 graduates. He also wished the graduates a bright future, hoping they would make positive contributions to the Kurdish society at large. Additionally, Mr. Qubad Talabani congratulated Komar University of Science and Technology on securing first place in the international SCImago ranking and wished the staff, faculty, and students the best in their future endeavors. He also wished that this achievement be a motivating factor in further developing the sector of higher education in the Kurdistan Region.
