English Department students visit Junior school

On Thursday, November 24th, 2022 a group of English Department students and Ms. Beulah, a lecturer at the department organized a field trip to Junior School in Slemani. The aim of the field trip was to engage students with real life teaching experience. During the trip, students were divided into three groups of four students each. Each group had a grammar lesson plan, which they themselves had developed, to engage the students with. The lesson plans were pre-approved by the teacher in charge. The students were instructed to teach the lessons to the very enthusiastic school students for 30 minutes. After the classes were over; the university students were visibly excited about the activity.
