The Consul General of Greece in Kurdistan visited KUST

On Monday, January 10, 2022, Dr. Stavros Kyrimis, the Consul General of Greece in Kurdistan visited Komar University of Science and Technology, with his team. The visitors were warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Salahalddin Saeed Ali, President of KUST University.

Prof. Dr. Salahalddin Saeed Ali, started the meeting with a general overview about KUST University and the unique and modern educational system that KUST is using. Then both parties discussed the possible future collaborations between KSUT and its counterpart in Greece in many educational areas, including attracting faculty members from Greece to join KUST as visiting and full time scholars.

Both sides agreed and emphasized on establishing further collaborations and fostering new avenues to improve the quality of Medical Education.
