Komar University to establish scientific collaboration with USA’s Xavier University

The president of Komar University of Science and Technology, Professor Dr. Salahalddin Saeed Ali, received Dr. Haidar Raad from Xavier University in Ohio, United States of America on November 8, 2022. Dr. Raad visited Komar University on behalf of Xavier University in the USA with the aim of establishing possible scientific collaboration between the two universities. During his stay at KUST, Dr. Raad explored the university’s campus and had meetings with Komar University’s president, vice president, director of international relations, director of quality assurance, and the chairpersons of the computer engineering and computer science departments. The aim of the meetings was to draft a future memorandum of understanding between the two universities that will enable the exchange of teaching staff and students. This collaboration will further enable KUST’s students to pursue their postgraduate degrees at Xavier University in the future.
