KUST’s English Language Center holds orientation session for new students

On December 28, 2022, Komar University’s Center of Intensive English Program (CIEP) held an orientation program for their new students. The aim of the event was to familiarize newly joined students with the Center’s English language programs, and what students should expect during their studies. The students were welcomed by Mr. Brwa Othman Omer, the university’s coordinator of communications, and gave them a presentation about Komar University of Science and Technology and different aspects of life at the university. Following this presentation, Mr. Karzan Aziz, the Director of CIEP, gave a presentation about the center and their programs. Later, the instructors of the Center provided the students with information about different topics including, university experience, text books, and assessment tools.
