The 5th Commencement Ceremony – Class of 2021

Komar University of science and technology honoring the Class of 2021 ceremony was held on October 28th, 2021, featuring the KRI Minister of Higher education and Scientific Research, Dr. Aram Qadir, the Governor, Dr. Haval Abubakir, representatives from governmental and private sectors along with KUST alumni.

On the fifth commencement ceremony, 165 students graduated with a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Engineering, Medical laboratory science, Business Administration and English language.

The ceremony started with a welcoming message delivered by the President of KUST, Prof. Dr. Salahalddin Saeed. Af ter that Dr. Aram Qadir (Minister of MHESR) delivered his speech. His Excellency praised the scientific progress achieved by Komar University in the recent years and encouraged all the KRI Universities to enhance the quality of education at their own university levels. After that, the top three students were honored where KUST valedictorian (Gardenia Esam) gave her speech. The ceremony was concluded by degree confirmation and receiving the bachelor degree certificates by our students.
