KUST lecturer holds two sets of Professional Training Courses

From November 23rd to 25th & November 30th to December 2nd, two sets of professional training courses were held about Professional Communication & Nettiequte ,Time Management, and Task Management at Sulaymaniyah Airport for the departmental employees at all levels.

The first day started with a welcoming speech from both the Airport Director Mr. Tahir Abdullah, and the institute director Mr. Miran Jamal. Then, Dr. Shwana Akoi, faculty member of KUST started the first day of the training program. The first day focused on Professional Communication and Nettiequte. The importance of the subject for airport staff is at the pick since airports are the touch point to the outside world where the staff interacts with different types of people. Second part, Nettiequte, focused on that interaction on the internet and other networks in the most professional way.

The other subsequent days of the program Time Management and Task Management were discussed with some activities involved in order to make sure the participant engagement.

The feedback from participants pushed the airport director to look forward for more collaboration between KUST and Sulaymaniyah airport.
