KUST President and his accompanying delegation visited the renowned Kurdish artist, Mazhar Khaleghi
On 5th May 2019, the President of Komar University of Science and Technology, Prof. Dr. Salahalddin Saeed Ali, and his accompanying delegation visited the renowned Kurdish artist, Mazhar Khaleghi, in the Kurdish Heritage Institute. The purpose of the visit was to pay tribute to Khaleghi for his precious endeavors in collecting and documenting the Kurdish heritage from the four parts of Kurdistan Proper and also to congratulate him for being awarded Honorary Doctoral degree. During the visit, Khaleghi showed them some videos of different and various facets of the Kurdish culture including traditions, arts, and religion.
