Komar University of Science and Technology has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Australia
In a unique step towards international recognition Komar University of Science and Technology has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Australia on Aug 15, 2019. This MoU is designed in the context of the Institutional Strategic Partnership between the two universities. It also serves as a framework to initiate deeper cooperation to provide dual programs, research collaboration, student and staff exchanges.
Both universities agreed to move their new partnership forward and sign the Memorandum of Implementation (MOI) in the nearest future. Students from engineering disciplines can enrol for two years at Komar University and complete the remaining two years at ECU. Upon program completion students will be awarded with BSc by both universities. In addition to receiving the internationally accredited certificate students get reasonable discount on tuition fees.
This agreement was signed in a ceremony at Vice-chancellor building in ECU campus by Prof Salahalddin Saeed, KUST’s President, and Prof Steve Chapman, Vice-chancellor and President of ECU. Prof Salahaddin Saeed has sincerely acknowledged the efforts done by Prof Daryoush, Prof Stephen and Dr Alireza from ECU in making this agreement happened.
