Lafarge Holcim visit to Komar university of Science and Technology
During the activities of civil engineering department, Lavarge Holcim visit our university and for developing different programs between Komar University on 1st Feb. 2017. During the visit, Mr. Nihat YILDIZ Country Communications Manager of Lafarge met Dr. Salah Aziz President of KUST and Dr. Ako Rashed chairman of Civil engineering department and other faculty members. During the meeting and besides the explanation for Lafarge Holcim Foundation’s Award Program for 2017 , also we agree to organize special lecture(s) about cement & concrete production and applications which might be a great deal of support for civil engineering students. Also KUST and Lafarge Holcim agree to organize a common session for senior students of civil engineering in Komar University.
