KUST President Participates in Grand Opening of a fund Raising Project for Hiwa Hospital

On June 27th, 2016, the President of Komar University, Dr. Salah Aziz participated in an grand opening of a fund raising project for Hiwa Hospital.
The aim of his participation is to support Hiwa Hospital and appreciate all the service of all the students of Komar University who continuously taking actions for serving Hiwa Hospital projects voluntarily.
Ms. Rezan Nadir, the organizer and the supervisor of the project talked to KUST website and stated that, Hiwa Hospital praised the role and support of the President of Komar University who is endlessly enhancing the cooperation between Komar University and Hiwa Hospital. Also she expressed her appreciation for all the KUST students who participated in organizing and working with them voluntarily with enthusiasm, especially in this project.
Hiwa Hospital is a specialized Cancer hospital in Sulaimanyah and has a leading role in treatment of patients in Iraq. Now it is in a financial shortage because of the current economic crisis in Kurdistan Region. So the hospital launched this new project which is a special market for raising funds and it will be continues till July 2nd, 2016.
