A Ceremony in KUST for Welcoming Nawroz and a New Kurdish Year
On March 17th, 2016, some students, faculty members and staff members of Komar University welcomed the Kurdish national feast Nawroz, and a new Kurdish year.
Komar University made a ceremony on Thursday, March 17th, at the square of the new campus. They gathered with singing Nawroz song all together and having a fire which were made by the President of Komar University, Dr. Salah Aziz.
KUST Community wished a Happy Nawroz and a new Kurdish year to all the Kurdish people all around the world, especially in every part of Kurdistan.
The ceremony ended with taking photos and having Kurdish dance with some Kurdish traditional songs.
