Guest Speaker: Diwan Groups’ CEO
Mr. Abed Ahmed Sulayman, CEO of Diwan Groups was invited as guest speaker to the course of Principles of Entrepreneurship on October 27, 2016. Mr. Abed met about 25 students at 2:00 pm and for 90 minutes discussing and answering students’ questions on the following items:
1. Does the individual truly want to be responsible for a business?
2. What product or service should be the basis of the business?
3. What is the market, and where should it be located?
4. Is the potential of the business enough to provide a living wage for its employees and the owner?
5. How can a person raise the capital to get started?
6. Should an individual work full or part time to start a new business?
7. Should the person start alone or with partners?
