Role Of Laws In Society
February 25, 2013: KUST invited Major General Mareewan Qaradaghi from the Police Department of Sulaymani to lecture about the role of laws in a society, in general, and in Kurdistan, in particular. Mr. Qaradaghi’s lecture aimed to increase students’ awareness on the importance of laws in organizing and protecting the society and students’ responsibility, as adults, to act as responsible citizens and to support the law officers. The lecture was part of the activities carried out by the UNE 1100 faculty members.
