KUST Held a Spaghetti Bridge Competition
On March 15, 2018, Civil Engineering Department, Laboratory Unit, and OOPA in cooperation with ViewPioneer Group hold a Spaghetti Bridge competition event for some of Civil Engineering students at Komar Univerity of Science and Technology. In the beginning, Mr. Sardasht Sardar, the organizer of the event and coordinator of Civil Engineering, gave a speech about the competition. He stated that the event is student’s preparation for a competition among all the universities in Kurdistan which will be held at the University of Sulaimani On April 7, 2018.
In the competition, three Spaghetti Bridges have been tested. A very significant result was recorded which was unexpected by the students and the audience. Finally, Dr. Salahaddin, President of Komar University of Science and Technology, appreciated ViewPioneer Group effort, then the students have been rewarded by ViewPioneer Group through Dr. Dara and Dr. Ako.
