KUST in Cooperation with KSC Organized a Birthday Party at Hiwa Hospital

As a part of its humanitarian participation, Komar University of Science and Technology in cooperation with Kurdistan Save the Children Organization organized a birthday party at Hiwa Hospital on November 14th, 2017.

All children with Cancer at Hiwa Hospital and their parents were invited to attend the birthday party. A successful attempt by KUST representatives and social workers from KSC at creating a joyful, hospitable, friendly, “feels like home” kind of atmosphere inside the hospital. KUST has provided of all the presents, balloons, refreshments, and of course the birthday cake! Some doctors and staff were keen to attend the celebration which lasted one hour. The parents and the children were pleased with the nice repercussions this event had.

This event was funded by all participants of Halloween and Vegan Day fundraising.
