Faculty Workshop # 5: OQAA Assessment Tools
KUST conducted the fifth workshop for the faculty members. Title of the workshop was (OQAA) Office of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Assessment Tools. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Belhadia Abdullah and it aimed to familiarize faculty members with assessment tools, which the (OQAA) uses to evaluate the faculty’s teaching performance. As a result of this workshop the instructor is expected to recognize the different kinds of assessment tools used by the OQAA, recognize the different stages of assessment cycles, build a recovery plan to bridge the performance gap and understand the OQAA point of view in interpreting the results.
